Thank you for shopping with LOMANFU handmade press‑on nails. Below is our shipping arrangement for worldwide orders.

Processing Time

All orders require 2‑5 business days of handmade production & handling time before dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard International Shipping: 10‑25 business days Expedited Shipping: 5‑12 business days Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs inspection, holidays, weather or logistics disruptions.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any import tax, customs duty or clearance fee charged by your local government upon arrival. We cannot predict or cover customs charges.

Shipping Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel on our website or the official carrier portal.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you do not receive your parcel, please submit a claim with the courier first. LOMANFU is not liable for packages marked as successfully delivered by the logistics provider.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a reshipment or refund for you.
